And the sharing of stories connects people in special ways that can promote community and cross-cultural understanding, and also affords a stronger framework for reflection on one’s own relationships within a non-native culture.&lt;hr size="1" /&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;font face="georgia, times, serif" color="#999"&gt;This blog allows and encourages individual postings and provides the opportunity for others to respond to those postings.
